How it Works
Six weeks of deeply intentional work. Three live sessions with two weeks of supported integration. Dive deep, learn and integrate, while we stand by your side to answer any questions that may arise.
Discover
The state of your digestion, the state of your mind, and the symptoms that you experience, tell us exactly what your health is like. Together with your constitution we will coach you to balance, joy and ease. In your body, mind, and life.
Integrate
After every live session with Karlijn or Ferdinand you will have two weeks of integration. While staying closely in touch with us, through whatsapp you can dive deep into the e-books that you receive from us. While integrating the changes one step at a time.
Experience
Experience how your body shifts from imbalance to balance and harmony. Experience your bodies healing ability while it moves old trauma's imbalance, pain and discomfort to the surface. While you will have the right tools to walk through this with ease.
What Your Journey Will Look Like
3x 1 hour live sessions with 2 weeks of guided integration after each session
Session 1
Togehter with Karlijn you will start to expand your existing diet with Ayurveda. Discover what truly nourishes your body, what calms your nervous system, and how to bring ease into your daily cooking habits. Experience a tummy that is calm and at ease.
Session 2
Your body and mind function best when there is rhythm and routine. Together with Karlijn you will explore, which lifestyle practices best suit your constitution and current living situation? Receive tips and tricks to start integrating new practices. Feel grounded and move through your days with certainty.
Session 3
The state of our mind and our emotional wellbeing are at the root of all pain and suffering. Dive into your energetic body with Ferdinand and learn how to manoeuvre layers of your being that are often hard to grasp. Experience a lightness and a new understanding of why your body reacts the way it does.
Since changing my diet to Karlijn's suggestions, I have more sustained energy, my body feels strong, blood tests are improving and I am loving food on a whole new level.

Many people automatically assume that since Ayurveda originated in India that Ayurvedic food is the same as Indian food. This is not the case though. You can choose to expand your favorite meals to create them in an Ayurvedic way. So they support your health and digestion. Ayurveda is more about expanding your meals than restricting your diet.
Ferdinand is both deeply attuned to what’s happening on a physiological level and also able to see what is happening spiritually and emotionally.

So that together we can create a foundation for you, to start your journey on. From there you are of course welcome to continue diving deeper into Ayurveda (with our help) this will absolutely benefit your health and well-being.

What is the cancellation policyOnce you booked a personal session and already paid for it, there will be no refund. However a session can be rescheduled to a time that suits better for you. The rescheduling needs to take place 24hours before the already booked session. A membership can be cancelled at any given moment. You will have access to the courses as long as your membership lasts.
