    No, we created the content with you in mind. 1 step at a time we will infuse different types of meals into your existing diet, and only when it feels right you will move on to the next step.

  • "Do I need to be vegetarian or vegan?
    Animal products are in most cases a lot harder to digest. Therefore if you are not vegetarian We will make you familiar with the right ratios of animal products to other food groups to make them more digestible.
