What to expect during this course
Five video's where I explain the basic principles of Ayurvedic cooking. I take you to one of my favourite farms and into my private kitchen, I'll show you how to make a 60/40 augmenting/extractive bowls, the techniques, ingredients and the amounts per person. Also how to use spices, oil, and adjust your meals to your needs.
