Is easy to digest, supports agni, and is super delicious.
We enjoy a warm breakfast every morning to boost digestion right from the start.
Our porridge is sweetened with dates because, according to Ayurveda, they are the only fruits that don’t necessarily need to be eaten on their own as is with other fruits that become indigestible when combined with any other food.

Heat the oil in a (cast-iron) pan.
Add the spices and heat through until you can smell the aromas.
Pour in the rice and stir through until the rice goes translucent.
Add a bit of water at a time until your rice is tender. Make sure it is no longer crunchy, or it will be harder to digest.
